Ibom Angels central attacker, Charity Reuben has said she is unhappy that her brace counted for nothing in the top-flight clash at FC Robo Queens.

The lanky forward scored two goals in her side 2-3 loss to the Lagos outfit in Wednesday’s top-flight matchday 4 clash in Lagos.

Reuben said she is happy with the brace but would have been happier if it resulted in victory for her side.

“I’m happy with my two goals but unhappy it failed to secure us the crucial three points at stake.

“It’s still a sad moment that we were unable to claim a win after three matches in the on-going top-flight.

“We have taken the result in good faith to work hard on winning our next match on the calendar.

“I think FC Robo Queens were outright the better side on matchday and ably deserved their hard fought victory.

“FC Robo Queens were fitter and had better ball control and possession which is something for us to worry about.

“I still believe the league is in infancy we will overcome the teething problem to take our rightful place on the league log,” said Reuben to supersport.com.

The Uyo landladies have notched up one point from three matches in the four-week old elite league.
