George Chigova will be back in goal for Zimbabwe for Sunday’s Cosafa Castle Cup final against Zambia at the Royal Bafokeng Sports Palace against Zambia after being left out of their semifinal victory.

The match kicks off at 3pm CAT - Live on SS4.

Zimbabwe coach Sunday Chidzambwa said the giant Polokwane City goalkeeper had only been left out of the 4-3 win over Lesotho on Wednesday because he was carrying a yellow card for the quarterfinals and Zimbabwe did not want to risk losing him for the final.

Takabva Mawaya, who also got an opportunity to play in the group phase against the Seychelles last week, took Chigova’s place for the game at the Moruleng Stadium.

Both Zambia and Zimbabwe will be chasing a record-breaking fifth title at the annual southern African championship when they decide the outcome of the two-week tournament on Sunday.
